Poker God
Terms of Service
Last updated 7 October 2026
1. Who we are and what you accept
Poker God is an online no-limit Texas hold’em course operated by Poker God. By creating an account or buying a plan you accept these terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Minimum age
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or buy a plan. By buying, you confirm that you are.
3. A course, not a casino
Poker God is educational content. We offer no real-money play, deposits, wagering or poker room, and nothing in the course is advice to gamble. The lessons teach a way of thinking; results at the table depend on you and on luck, and we do not guarantee them.
Check the law where you play. You are responsible for playing only where, and how, it is legal.
4. Your account
You need a working email address and a password. Keep the password private and tell us if you suspect someone else has used your account. One account is for one person; do not share it.
You can delete your account at any time from the Account page. Deletion is final: your progress and settings are erased, and billing records are kept in anonymised form for as long as the law requires.
5. Plans, renewals and cancellation
- Monthly and Yearly. These renew automatically at the price and interval shown at checkout until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from Account, under “Manage or cancel billing”. You keep access until the end of the period you paid for; nothing is revoked early.
- Lifetime. A single payment of US$99.99 with no renewal, giving access to the whole course for as long as Poker God exists.
- Switching from a subscription to Lifetime. Unused subscription time receives no credit. Future renewals stop once the lifetime payment is confirmed.
- Prices. Prices are in US dollars. Applicable taxes and conversion to your currency are shown at checkout before you confirm. If we change a price, we email you before the next renewal.
- Payments. Payments are processed by Stripe, which is the merchant of record for purchases. Receipts, payment methods and refund requests are handled by Stripe under the terms shown at checkout. Your statutory consumer rights are unaffected.
- Right of withdrawal. If you are a consumer in the EU, EEA or UK you have 14 days to withdraw from a purchase. Because the lessons are made available immediately at your request, that right ends once you start using them. If something went wrong, write to us anyway: we consider every request in good faith.
- Chargebacks and refunds. A refunded or disputed payment removes the access that payment had opened.
6. The content is ours; the use is yours
The lessons, exercises, charts and text are protected by copyright. With an active plan you have a personal, non-transferable, non-commercial licence to read and practise. Do not copy, publish, sell or share the content, and do not use automated tools to extract it.
7. Acceptable use
Do not try to bypass payment, access other people’s accounts, overload the service or interfere with how it runs. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms.
8. Changes and availability
We improve the course over time: we may change, rewrite or reorganise lessons. We do our best to keep the service available but do not promise uninterrupted operation. If we shut Poker God down, we give subscribers reasonable notice and charge no further renewals.
9. Warranties and liability
The service is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses, including money lost playing poker, and our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of Portugal. If you are a consumer you also benefit from the mandatory rules of the country where you live and may bring a claim in that country’s courts.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. If a change matters, we tell you by email or on the site before it takes effect. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept the new version.
